Brief overview of the passages for this week:

The dialog continues between Job’s friends-turned-accusers and Job as he insists upon his innocence. Job speaks at length about wisdom in chapter 28. God enters the dialog in Chapters 38-40 and Job responds. (to be continued in week 3)

• Examples of the power or strategies of Satan in Job’s situation as well as today.
• How not to “encourage” a friend who is suffering.
• Ways God uses suffering, then and now.
