Paul wrote this letter to the believers in Philippi while he was a prisoner in Rome. This letter was filled with encouragement and a sense of joy, no matter one’s circumstances. The letter opens with “From Paul and Timothy” so it’s possible that Timothy shared in the authorship of this letter.
